This bank owned colonial was purchased through auction. Every room was dated and in need of complete renovation. We installed all new flooring, light fixtures, plumbing, vanities, kitchen cabinets and energy efficient stainless steel appliances. A half bathroom and mudroom were added on the main floor. Every room and ceiling received a fresh coat of paint. Central air was installed and the ancient heating system was replaced with a new energy efficient furnace and hot water tank.

On the exterior, we resided the detached two car garage, installed new shutters, replaced the warped front door and gave both the beautiful front porch and expansive back yard deck a fresh coat of pain. In addition, we added new landscaping in the front and planted perennials around the bubbling pond.

Project 3 is now Complete!  

Project 3 was our biggest project yet and is a beautifully renovated ranch in desirable Avon Lake - just two blocks from the Lake Erie. The flat, plain exterior was transformed with a columned portico over the new front door. A coordinating gable was built over the garage to provide more symmetry. In the back, we built a new 500 square foot addition. A new roof, siding, landscaping and exterior lights completely transformed this ranch.

    For the interior, we opened some walls and updated the fireplace. All new lighting enhanced the space and brought in much needed brightness.  Custom barn doors leading to the laundry and pantry give this home a unique look.

    The brand new kitchen is bright and open with  vaulted ceilings, new gray and white cabinets, custom open shelving, quartz countertops, lighting, flooring and all new stainless steel appliances. A glass door leads outside to an expansive deck.

    The addition also includes a new master suite with vaulted ceilings and attached master bath. A large window seat looks over the backyard. The large master bath boasts a soaring cathedral ceiling and gorgeous herringbone tiled floor. A  custom vanity with double vessel sinks and a large double shower complete this gorgeous bath.

    The original bedrooms were updated with new windows and built ins. For the original bath, we installed a new vanity, tile and light fixtures.  Refinished floors and fresh paint made these rooms unrecognizable.

Project 4 - North Royalton

Project 4 in North Royalton is complete, and it is a beauty! This previously abandoned, neglected house was begging for a makeover, and the transformation is remarkable. We bumped out walls, removed walls, raised ceilings, added windows and a porch, replaced the roof, siding and every single piece of drywall, added all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, fixtures - you name it!  Congratulations to the new owners. We hope you live happily ever after in our favorite project to date!
